Do you subcontract for general contractors?
Yes. We bid electrical scopes for GCs on new construction, renovations, and upfits, and we're happy to be added to your bidders list.
Are you licensed in South Carolina?
Yes. Deluxe Electric LLC holds South Carolina LLR Mechanical Contractor license CLM #117777 with the Electrical classification. Dean Lomonaco is the qualifying party.
Are you insured?
We carry general liability ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate), a $2M umbrella policy, and workers' compensation with $1M employer's liability. Certificates of insurance are available on request. We also carry the South Carolina contractor license bond.
